Carrier - Finance SharedAs a Compensation and Benefits Analyst, you will oversee comprehensive payroll functions for both salaried and hourly employees across various locations. Your role will involve strict adherence to company policies, as well as compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations. You will serve as the primary resource for all payroll-related inquiries from internal personnel and external partners, assisting in the timely processing of year-end payroll documentation according to established deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate daily payroll operations and develop efficient procedures to enhance payroll service quality. Analyze and support the regular distribution of payroll, ensuring accurate processing of pay data, maintenance of payroll records, and internal controls to guarantee timely payroll completion. Assist in the preparation of periodic reports for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Investigate payroll discrepancies, providing analytical insights and recommendations to management. Review and manage payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for enhancement. Address low to medium complexity inquiries from employees and supervisors, clarifying payroll-related matters. Oversee small-scale payroll initiatives.Qualifications
Proficient in English (both written and verbal). Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a payroll role within a national organization. Proven experience in a supervisory capacity. University degree in a related field (office administration, basic accounting, payroll). Familiarity with SAP-based GlobalView (ADP) payroll systems. Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Comprehensive understanding of payroll and human resources administration practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.Skills
