Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Arrival Expert. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Manage guest transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on hotel services and amenities
Requirements
