We are seeking a seasoned Senior Social Media Manager to spearhead our social media efforts at TripShepherd. This pivotal role will involve developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, creating captivating content, and driving audience engagement across our platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Create engaging and visually appealing content for TikTok, Instagram videos, and Facebook posts to showcase TripShepherd's unique offerings and connect with our audience. Plan and manage social media content calendars, including themes, posting schedules, and engagement strategies to maintain a consistent presence across platforms.

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to build community and drive positive sentiment. Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and audience insights to measure effectiveness, track trends, and optimize content strategies.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals. Oversee social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

**Requirements:**

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Senior Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook in the travel industry.

Strong creative skills with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns, videos, and content that demonstrate storytelling prowess and audience engagement. Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software. Experience in social media advertising platforms, with the ability to create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling messaging. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to translate business objectives into effective social media strategies and campaigns.

**Compensation:** We offer a competitive salary based on experience and skills, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance.
