About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional to implement and maintain cost-effective methods of troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment. As a key member of our engineering team, you will direct and coordinate electronic engineering activities concerned with the development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, telemeter, and record test data.
You will analyze and interpret failure data, prepare technical reports, and develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software. Additionally, you will train and instruct floor support, debug technicians, and test operators on test hardware and/or software, failure solutions, and proper problem-solving techniques.
Responsibilities- Direct and/or coordinate electronic engineering activities concerned with the development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, telemeter, and record test data.
- Analyze and interpret failure data and prepare technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel.
- Develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software.
- Train and instruct floor support, debug technicians, and test operators on test hardware and/or software, failure solutions, as well as proper problem-solving techniques.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Mid or Sr level experience in a similar position.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Experience in customer communication.
- Experience working in the electronics and telecommunications industry.
- Troubleshooting knowledge on telecommunication products (switches, servers, networking).
