We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Mam De La Frontera, S.A. De C.V. in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production processes and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet business objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, operations management)
- At least 5 years of experience in a production management role
- Advanced English language skills (reading, writing, and communication)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
- Ability to travel to China for training and business purposes
- Competitive salary: $90,000 MXN per month
