**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling productive machines, monitoring production programs, and reporting critical parts. They will also be responsible for administering part numbers and programming in SAP, uploading master data, and calculating capacity analysis.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Schedule productive machines according to customer and final requirement and inventory policies in a weekly basis.
• Monitor and comply with production programs.
• Report critical parts from daily reports.
• Administer part numbers and program in SAP.
• Upload master data in SAP.
• Calculate capacity analysis in a monthly basis to determine shift planning and identify bottlenecks.
• Create contingency production plans in case of customer shortage and follow up hour by hour to avoid customer shut down.
**Requirements**
• Education: Logistics degree or similar.
• Experience: 3 years in a similar position.
• Knowledge: Production planning, sales, distribution, and SAP.
• Languages: English (conversational).
• Software: SAP (desirable) and Office (Excel, Power, etc).
