Lead a Transformative Journey in Memory and Storage

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Memory Solutions Development to spearhead the development of innovative memory solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence.

Micron, a world leader in memory and storage innovation, offers a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to drive impactful projects from planning through qualification and ramp. As a Director of Memory Solutions Development, you will be responsible for driving complex development projects, aligning with business units, engineering, and operations functions, and establishing clear project scope and timelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, self-motivation, and a structured approach to driving results. They should have a proven track record of analyzing data and information, communicating effectively, and presenting their ideas confidently. A strong background in semiconductor engineering and experience in memory product development are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and publish ProChain-based schedules and monitor progress throughout the project.
  • Drive and track required actions and follow-ups, ensuring timely decision-making.
  • Establish and direct Product Development Teams (PDTs) for efficient project execution.
  • Identify and address risks and change requests proactively.
  • Coordinate regular reporting to leadership and facilitate effective communication within the team.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
