- Solution Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
- Support the configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules to meet client needs.
- Participate in the implementation of SAP HCM projects under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Client Engagement:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Provide support in conducting workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
- Assist in documenting client requirements and project deliverables.
- Project Assistance:
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Help manage project resources, deliverables, and milestones.
- Assist in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HCM solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP HCM functionality.
- Support the implementation of enhancements and updates as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and other consultants.
- Seek guidance and mentorship from senior consultants to improve skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY).
- Experience of 2 years or coursework in SAP HCM configuration and customization is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in SAP HCM.
- SAP certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
