SAP, a global leader in enterprise software, is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant Senior HCM-PY to join our team. As a cloud company with over 200 million users and 100,000 employees worldwide, we are committed to innovation and customer success.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll, with a strong background in payroll requirements gathering, solution leading practices, and technical integration. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading project implementation, solution configuration, and key user training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform payroll requirements gathering with clients
  • Understand payroll processes and solution leading practices
  • Follow up on payroll solution roadmaps and trends
  • Discuss value propositions for clients to rotate to the new solution
  • Take responsibility as solution project team lead and support line manager in people development tasks
  • Detailed planning of process implementation
  • Develop and assure quality of process models
  • Demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools
  • Act as a coach for colleagues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of work experience
  • Minimum 4 years of consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll for Mexico
  • Experience in minimum of 2 full cycle implementations in SAP SuccessFactors HCM Payroll for Mexico
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors payroll configuration, tax setup, and payroll schema
  • Knowledge in Mexican Legal Reports and localizations
  • Experience integrating with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Good understanding of industry-specific business processes
  • Understand the Business Process Library & Leading Practices approach
