Job Description

We're seeking a Product Manager to join our Credit team. As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for owning and developing our Credit lifecycle process, including the Credit core engine and Collections processes. You'll work closely with our local tech team and stakeholders to deliver new features and improvements for our customer onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and our internal stakeholders' requirements
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and processes
  • Build a roadmap with the local tech team and stakeholders to deliver new features and improvements for our customer onboarding processes
  • Take ownership of OKRs defined within the product team on a quarterly basis
  • Deep dive into new topics and become a domain expert for our customer support and operations tools
  • Gather, structure, and communicate requirements
  • Help develop and define a vision to empower our internal teams with technology to bring the best service ever to our customers
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience working at a startup (fintech experience a plus) or in an equivalent high-growth and regulated environment
  • 3+ years of experience in managing products with complex varying stakeholders and sources for requirements (users, engineering, marketing, legal, etc.)
  • Experience as a Product Manager with a focus on Credit lifecycle, repayment user flows, and collections operations
  • Ability to drive design discussions with groups of 3-5 cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with working with data and using data insights to inform decisions
  • Ability to write concise requirements, documents, and communications
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to develop empathy for people in other markets and economic situations and abstract needs accordingly and document these in writing
  • Understanding of a modern technology stack, including microservices, APIs, and event streams
  • Experience working with engineering teams and knowledge of software development
  • Bias to action and ability to solve problems independently
  • Fluent/Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus
