$40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The Sales Support Associate is a key member of our sales team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to account managers. This role involves working closely with a pool of account managers to assist them in daily back-office tasks, such as quotes, proposals, and reporting. By doing so, the account manager can focus on selling and managing strategy for SMB projects, while the Sales Support Associate develops reports to support strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, system engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and technical specifications.
- Good written and fluent spoken English.
- Ability to work well with various personalities.
- 2 years of experience in sales operations.
- At least 1 year of experience in hardware and computer sales.
- Familiarity with teamwork principles and commitment to achieving results.
