**Job Summary**
Chubb Ina Holdings Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Analytics Consultant to lead the creation of advanced analytics solutions that drive profitability and growth by optimizing resources and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the end-to-end development of data analytics products, including data exploration, modeling, and model deployment.
- Design and implement company-wide A/B testing frameworks to evaluate model quality and inform business decisions.
- Combine data from various sources to create analytics datasets and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with new methodologies, algorithms, tools, and technologies to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Applied AI, Claims, Underwriting, and IT, to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate complex data insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders and present data science projects and achievements to senior leadership.
- Support ad-hoc business requests requiring statistical analysis and provide training guidance to colleagues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Analytics, Engineering, or Computer Science; an advanced degree in Statistics or Predictive Analytics is strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in advanced analytics, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Proficiency in Excel, programming languages (Python, R), and statistical packages.
- Experience in data management (SQL) and knowledge of advanced analytics techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Experience in designing and building data science products that inform business decision-making and drive growth.
