- Integrate and monitor the fulfillment of the annual budget and business plan for the area.
- Assume responsibility for the implementation of systems, policies, and procedures established by HQ.
- Define and/or update services standards for operations vendors within the country.
- Develop and register in writing relevant procedures related to the area.
- Elaborate and conduct diverse projects analysis, coordination, and follow-up.
- Prepare, organize, and participate in community affairs necessary to enhance the CMA CGM regional image.
- Pursue that systems have the necessary tools and accurate information to support regional targets.
- Ensure that all personnel in the area fulfill accurate and timely duties assigned to them.
- Constantly look for opportunity windows in the region and consolidate them as improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of fleet operation targets (turnaround times, inventory integrity, M&R costs, etc.).
- Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality pursuit of services offered to our customers.
