As a Senior Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Partners in daily management of the delivery station, including meetings, training sessions, assigning job duties, and communicating with DSPs and management representatives.
You will be responsible for managing site performance, overseeing support functions, and defining site vision. You will also be responsible for building a positive work culture and leading leadership routines.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business priorities and customer needs, and be able to proficiently translate those needs into the right solutions. You will bring an operations perspective to decision making with strong business acumen and be well-versed in industry practices and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage site performance and oversee support functions
- Define site vision and build a positive work culture
- Lead leadership routines and ensure a safe yard place for +700 parcels per day
- Develop detailed plans for improvement in CX&Q performance metrics
- Participate in all leadership routines, including DBR, WBR, and MBR
- Lead the implementation of new processes and improvements, including benchmarking process standards
- Coordinate with support functions for all change management/site improvement initiatives
Our Delivery Station is part of our Last Mile Delivery Network, considered the biggest in LATAM and Mid East Asia. We are a dynamic and fast-paced team that is passionate about delivering smiles to our customers.
