**Your Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate and support the ongoing pay, management, and oversight of our external workforce program, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and best practices.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contingent workers to optimize the utilization of contingent talent and contribute to the organization's talent acquisition and workforce management objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and business units across our global network, including Production, Tech, People & Culture, and Commercial sectors.

**What We Offer**

  • A comprehensive understanding of Mexican labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to contingent workers.
  • Experience in overseeing a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS), preferably Beeline.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years' experience, experience with the contingent workforce in Latin America, particularly in Mexico.
