We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Beam Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading spirits company and contribute to the development of our trade marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop in-depth knowledge of customers and drive short and long-term business growth.
- Develop customer plans through profitable activities and execute successful e-commerce plans to increase sell-out in focus brands.
- Execute 360-degree plans in the channel, ensuring business intelligence activities, price promotions, and brand strategy alignment.
- Consolidate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) with the sales team.
- Identify business growth opportunities and develop emerging plans to recover sell-out in collaboration with the commercial team.
- Support forecasting and management processes with the sales, supply, and finance teams.
- Participate in key forums, such as annual planning and strategic planning.
- Support the preparation of requisitions, monitoring of purchase orders, credit notes, and general rate of interest (GRI) with suppliers.
- Coordinate the best execution through capable agencies and participate in the generation of promotional ideas according to seasonality.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- 5 years of experience in trade marketing, with 2 years in a similar role.
- Experience in the FMCG, spirits, or drinks industry, with spirits experience preferred.
- Knowledge of basic finances, including return on investment (ROI) analysis.
- Understanding of the market industry, including Nielsen data.
