Culinary Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Director to lead our kitchen operations at Marriott International, Inc. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality and service standards.

This is a senior leadership position that requires a seasoned chef with extensive experience in managing high-volume kitchens. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing culinary strategies that align with our brand's commitment to excellence.

• Lead and motivate a team of chefs and cooks to achieve outstanding results
• Develop and implement menu planning, inventory management, and purchasing procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions
• Maintain high-quality standards through regular taste tests and inspections
• Analyze financial data to optimize kitchen operations and reduce costs

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A strong background in classical cuisine and modern cooking techniques
• Minimum 6 years of experience in senior culinary positions, preferably in luxury hotels or resorts
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for innovation and creativity in menu development
• A bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
