**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by ensuring the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Set up and maintain the bar area, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines.
  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support the team to reach common goals.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
