Senior Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering teams in delivering innovative solutions. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the cloud infrastructure of our critical platform and the underlying ecosystem of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple teams of software engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers on your team
- Work with product leaders to define the strategy, roadmap, and destination architecture
- Manage a portfolio of diverse technology platforms and projects to build scalable applications
- Continuously improve software engineering practices
Requirements:
- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years experience in software development
- At least 7 years experience in people management
- At least 5 years of experience with AWS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- 13+ years of experience in software development
- 8+ years of experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
- 8+ years of experience in Agile practices
- 7+ years of experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
