Senior Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering teams in delivering innovative technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple software engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Develop and implement software engineering best practices and standards
- Collaborate with product leaders to define technology strategies and roadmaps
- Manage a portfolio of diverse technology platforms and projects
- Continuously improve software engineering practices and processes
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in software development
- At least 7 years of experience in people management
- At least 5 years of experience with AWS
- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- 13+ years of experience in software development
- 8+ years of experience with public cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
- 8+ years of experience in Agile practices
- 7+ years of experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
