  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
  • Provide technical expertise to support business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a specialization in Tax.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in taxes with knowledge in LATAM.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with experience in managing a team of tax professionals.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers, Excel, and other business and tax applications.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) and Brazilian Portuguese preferably.
  • Knowledge of Mex GAAP and US GAAP.
