We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to design, implement, and optimize key processes that enhance the effectiveness of Samsara's global sales organization.
You will partner with Senior Sales Leadership to develop and execute optimizations that result in efficiency gains and revenue capture for our sales organization. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing end-to-end projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing key processes that enhance the effectiveness of Samsara's global sales organization.
- Partnering with Senior Sales Leadership to develop and execute optimizations.
- Leading cross-functional projects and initiatives to introduce new capabilities, processes, and improvements within the sales team.
- Prioritizing and assessing operational needs, creating a long-term roadmap based on business impact and feasibility.
- Optimizing issue resolution for sales by monitoring support tickets, identifying trends, and ensuring resolutions paths are effectively used and executed.
