- Engage in constant communication with prospects to build rapport, trust, and ensure all questions or concerns are addressed.
- Be an expert on all available products in a region, including new homes and existing homes, and be able to match/sell the right home/room to the right prospect.
- Aim to achieve or exceed weekly leasing goals set by the Leasing Director, focusing on a number of leases signed, priority rooms, and weekly challenge goals.
- Shop competition through website research, testing the actual lease flow, and contacting other sales agents to build rapport.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, with real estate experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to demonstrate both a consultative and aggressive selling style, and tailor our value to respond to the prospect's specific pain points and challenges.
- Comfortable working in environments where you will be able to take initiative and carve out a path to success for yourself.
- Flexible schedule, with willingness to work weekends and evenings if needed.
- Emotional intelligence, coachability, and a strong work ethic.
