Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at DEMO (MIA) as a Sales Representative.
As a Sales Representative at DEMO (MIA), you will be responsible for developing an in-depth understanding of our digital forensics services and effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients. You will answer inbound calls with authority and professionalism, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain positive relationships with existing clients and actively seek out new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of digital forensics services
- Answer inbound calls with authority and professionalism
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Manage sales queue effectively
- Respond to client inquiries and follow up in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in a sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the technology or digital forensics industry is a plus
