Operational Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operational Assistant to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As an Operational Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all company and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facilities, including the hotel's public areas and guest rooms.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, including responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed efficiently and effectively.
• Support the front desk team with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and responding to guest inquiries.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, safety, and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
