Our Logistics and Packaging Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Under the direction of the Senior Supply Chain Manager, this individual will direct and coordinate all manufacturing activities and programs within the Logistics and Packaging area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Manufacturing and interacting with the Materials Management in their areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate all manufacturing activities and programs within the Logistics and Packaging area.
  • Manage the day-to-day Manufacturing and interact with the Materials Management in their areas of responsibility.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of transfer plans.
  • Support the implementation of new technology and products in the logistics and packaging area in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Corporate.
  • Establish G&O and develop plans for its direct managers assigned to the Logistics and Packaging area.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve all Business Processes under your supervision.
  • Participate in the day-to-day operations with responsibility for packaging of finished product, the monitoring and projection of inventories in Juárez, consistent with quality control specifications and production programs.
  • Develop and participate in strategic decisions of the plant, its division and the company.
