Job Summary:

The role of a UX Designer at Tyson Foods is to create technology solutions that improve user experiences. As a talented Designer, you will work with our team to develop innovative solutions using design thinking and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design process from concept to final implementation.
  • Engage in user research to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups communicating design ideas and interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design or Human-Computer Interaction.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position at our Springdale, AR office. Minimal travel may be required.
