Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy Office, you will play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with IT capabilities and facilitating effective collaboration between teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in designing and delivering high-value solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals.
  • Evaluate proposed feature sets and conceptual solutions, providing recommendations for implementation and sustainment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including IT, Cyber, Cloud CoE, Engineering, and Architecture teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA/MS a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Information Systems, with 5+ years of systems development and software support experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, as well as cloud technologies, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and modern API frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Design Thinking and Lean methodologies, with experience in developing and promoting best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence priorities and motivate teams.
