About the RoleThe Environmental Sustainability Excellence Manager will drive improvements in sustainability, environment practices, and regulations across our conversion sites, offices, and supply chain logistics. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring Mexico Supply properly reports environmental performance and aligns with global reporting and permit requirements.
- Communicating monthly environmental performance against established metrics and raising environmental compliance risks as needed.
- Leading standard processes and standardization across Mexico Supply in environmental management.
- Implementing Mexico's Supply environmental sustainability strategy and roadmap to achieve annual and long-term sustainability goals.
- Liaising with the global sustainability team and governance team to ensure our region follows global standards and shares best practices.
We're looking for a candidate with a university degree in environmental science or engineering, and at least 10 years of experience leading environmental compliance and development, with 3 years in a manufacturing plant. 5 years of experience in environmental sustainability is also required.
