At Procolast, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and support the integrity and quality of our components throughout the entire value chain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and analyze data from quality control studies, including GR&R and SPC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product non-conformity issues.
- Develop and maintain quality control plans and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with ISO IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 guidelines.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of automotive quality processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
