Main Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Quality Coordinator to join our team at Welocalize. As a key member of our Search Quality Rater project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our search engine results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis
    • Analyze data on quality performance and produce statistical quality reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Complete internal assessments and provide feedback on blind test ranges and queries.
    • Provide ad-hoc support to raters and educate them on best practices and client expectations.
    • Flag raters that show any behavioral concerns.
    • Analyze RCAs provided by resources and request clarifications as necessary.
  • Training and Support
    • Participate in the creation and review of new training material, including best practices, newsletters, webinars, and others.
  • Analytics, Reporting, Knowledge, and Asset Management
    • Keep track of data and analyze it to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communication
    • Attend meetings with different stakeholders as applicable.
    • Monitor raters' queries and provide support as needed.
  • Other
    • Perform other program-specific tasks needed to achieve OKRs.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Spanish (Mexico)
  • Strong understanding of English
  • Must be located in Mexico
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Spanish (Mexico)
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs
  • Must not have current or previous experience with Ads quality rating
  • Must be the only one in your household working as a Search Quality Rater
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent online research skills
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection
  • Reliable anti-virus software
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with project conventions and rules expected by the client
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality
  • Must pass learning modules and a required quality test designed by our client before starting work
