Key Responsibilities:- Validate trade spending requests and journal entries related to accruals, credit notes, and payment orders.
- Manage deductions with commercial and logistics teams, clear deductions against credit notes, and provide visibility of valid open deductions to the commercial team.
- Reconcile and request credit memos from the Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Legal teams.
- Generate and explain reports, including the Deductions Status Report and validation of valid or invalid deductions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audits.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong PC skills with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Intermediate-level English proficiency.
