Installation Superintendent

KONE is seeking a highly skilled Installation Superintendent to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient installation of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate installation activities to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Verify site readiness and ensure proper planning of site activities.
• Manage and support the installation team, including installation activities, management, and support.
• Verify installation deliverables and ensure readiness for customer and maintenance handovers.
• Act as the KONE interface to the customer at the installation site and to other parties throughout the installation process.
• Support the sales team and technical sales support team in pre-tender, tender, and order activities.

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems as applied in industry transportation and/or conveyance systems.
• Good leadership, supervisory, organizational, written, verbal communication, and customer skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings, layouts, and electrical, hydraulic schematics.
• Safety and quality management.

• Resource planning.
• Understanding of financial impact.
• Understanding of installation methods and code requirements.
• General contractual understanding.
• Basic construction management and building systems knowledge.
