Installation Superintendent

KONE is a global leader in providing elevators, escalators, and automatic doors for buildings. We are seeking an experienced Installation Superintendent to join our team in Mexico City.

• Ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient installation of KONE solutions, adhering to agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget.
• Plan and prepare site activities, ensuring site readiness and proper installation execution.
• Manage and support the installation team, verifying installation deliverables and ensuring readiness for customer and maintenance handovers.
• Act as the KONE interface to customers and other parties throughout the installation process.
• Support sales and technical sales support teams in pre-tender, tender, and order activities.

• Over 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems as applied in industry transportation and/or conveyance systems.
• Excellent leadership, supervisory, organizational, written, verbal communication, and customer skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings, layouts, and electrical, hydraulic schematics.
• Safety and quality management, customer relationship management, project management, resource planning, and understanding of financial impact.
