Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a global corporate engagement strategy to drive animal welfare improvements
- Lead a team of professionals to execute the strategy and achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of corporate campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate executives and animal welfare organizations
- Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and collaboration across departments to drive increased organizational impact
- Minimum of five years' experience in corporate affairs, supply chain management, or a closely related area
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills
- Strong understanding of the food industry and key animal welfare issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel with moderate frequency
- An annual salary of around $91,000–107,868 USD, depending on qualifications
