We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vice President of Global People, who will play a critical role in shaping our human resources strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our business objectives and supports our expansion into emerging markets.
  • Partner with local business partners to develop HR policies, procedures, and systems that comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Guide compensation philosophy and global compensation band work, ensuring consistency and fairness while accounting for local cultural nuances.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive key topics such as compensation philosophy, headcount placement, market migration, and organizational structure.
  • Develop workforce plans to support growth and expansion into emerging markets, including location placement for roles and organizational structure design.
  • Manage HR work for the US, including overseeing ER issues, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with business leaders.
  • Improve the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, to ensure a positive and seamless experience for employees across markets.
  • Support Director of Global TA in refining the global talent acquisition process, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and ensuring the attraction and selection of top-tier talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a workplace that is welcoming, supportive, and promotes equal opportunities for all employees.
  • Lead the global team to design employee engagement and retention efforts through the implementation of effective reward and recognition programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in an HR leadership role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry, with a global focus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures, along with a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations across various countries.
