  • Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, reconciliations, and explanations of financial data and processes.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Finance) is a plus.
  • Years of Experience: Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on systems and data management.
  • Language: Fluent/Advanced in English is a must.
  • Computer Skills: In-depth knowledge of financial systems, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP), financial planning and analysis tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos), and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Job Knowledge and Skills: Understand finance and accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS), and financial controls. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful insights.
