- Assess and investigate Salesforce Quality Cases in real-time, identifying and verifying legitimate issues and implementing recommendations.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Business Development, and Emergency Manager teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Manage and generate weekly/monthly reports based on established templates, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement creative problem-solving solutions, including new reports and metric tracking systems.
- Maintain compliance with administrative policies, safety rules, environmental policies, and government regulations.
Requirements:
- At least two years of professional experience in dispatch, call center, customer service, or hospitality.
- Fluency in English; fluency in other languages (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin) is a significant plus.
- Previous call center/dispatching experience, preferably in transportation, security, or emergency response.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, with a passion for public transportation and the bus market.
