As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the quality fundamentals at Eplogistica De Mexico S De Rl De Cv. Your primary objective will be to standardize processes and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the operation.

We seek an exceptional individual who embodies the qualities of a quality ambassador. This includes interacting directly with clients on matters related to quality, processes, and systems. A keen interest in developing and maintaining quality-related KPIs, as well as ensuring compliance with ISO / CTPAT / OEA standards through document control and procedures, is essential.

You will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to lead cross-functional teams in identifying and eliminating root causes leading to customer complaints at the 3rd Party Logistics Warehouse.
  • Developing, maintaining, and controlling quality KPIs.
  • Engaging and interacting with stakeholders across the facility to deploy quality improvement strategies and initiatives.
  • Leading designated projects as a member of the site leadership team to deliver standards, processes, tools, and systems.
  • Extensive data analysis and preparation of quality control reports for Management.
  • Leading quality management reviews and periodic internal and external audits, deriving recommendations, and driving change.
  • Maintaining an ISO 9001-based quality & Security management system (CTPAT - OEA) across the entire facility.
  • Monitoring, identifying, and correcting non-conformity to internal quality / security standards.
  • Conducting investigations and initiating corrective actions to resolve quality & security issues.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree within a relevant Science discipline.
  • Knowledge and experience with ISO/OEA/CTPAT standards.
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience leading teams and working with customers.
  • Experience in troubleshooting difficult problems in a warehouse / logistics environment.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • ERP proficiency preferable.

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000-$80,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.

This role requires fluency in English.
