**Job Summary**

The Digital Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the digital content is delivered, stored, and curated in PepsiCo's Digital Asset Management system (DAM). This position will be responsible for sourcing digital content from internal and external partners, curating and auditing content metadata, providing guidance on asset reuse, and maintaining and improving asset management processes and systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with internal and external partners to obtain files, maintain organization, and keep DAM system up to date.
  • Manage the delivery, maintenance, storage, and transferring of assets to PepsiCo's DAM system.
  • Ensure asset deliverables meet required (metadata) specs and timelines.
  • Work with cross-functional teams consuming and producing digital content to coordinate asset requests and deliveries, as well as other ad-hoc requests.
  • Support and lead change management activities to foster DAM adoption, including trainings, end-user setup, documentation of processes, and manuals.
  • Support operational setup and implementation of the DAM, including features such as digital templates, brand guidelines, and automated workflows.

**Requirements**

  • Strong understanding of digital asset management systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
