About the Role

The Mexico Finance Head will play a crucial role in supporting business partnering, reporting, control, and the financial environment of the business in Mexico. This position will lead accountable processes, considering internal and external factors within the Company Control, budget, and reviews Mexico Working Capital and Cash management, indicators, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive results and focus on delivering the KPIs, including sales and Operating Profit, Working Capital.
  • Finance Partnering with the market General Manager and the rest of the Commercial Team to drive operational and strategic choices.
  • Ensure overall business forecast accuracy in the DRM process.
  • Control and closely follow Business Structure Profitability.
  • Provide insights and control the process of Working Capital (Inventory, AR, AP) and Cash management.
  • Act as a link between Sales and Marketing for forecasting purposes.
  • Provide financial support and assist with overall business projects.
  • Detect opportunities and evaluate strategic and operating risks.
  • Provide business understanding in the monthly process of forecasting, close, and control.
  • Responsible for the quarterly and monthly development of financial statements and Balance Sheet Forecast & actual results.
  • Analyze, support, and communicate deviations to internal stakeholders.
  • Control the Plan, Budgets, and Actual input process.

Why You?

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Economics; ideally an MBA.
  • 13+ years of finance experience responsible for Financial Statements and strong business/commercial acumen and Business Partnering.
  • Experienced manager with a background in other Fortune 500 companies.
  • Solid experience and knowledge of Financial Statements, Profitability Analysis, Budgeting, and Accounting.
  • Results-driven with integrity and trust, strong communication, option analysis and decision-making skills, good networking, and driving partnering.
