**The Role**
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Content Licensing to join our team. This is a leadership position within our Warner Bros. Discovery Studios Center of Excellence (COE), where you'll lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) Content Licensing function.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with COE leadership to execute transition plans and ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including forecast preparation, submission, and budget preparation.
- Ensure timely delivery of reporting responsibilities, including preparation of actuals versus forecast variance reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization, including stakeholders and team members.
- Partner with stakeholders to execute key initiatives, including global process alignment, continuous improvement, and implementation of planning and reporting best practices.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 10+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
- English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes.
- Process-oriented with a solid understanding of accounting principles and internal control concepts.
- Experience in project management and process improvement.
- Commercial and Media experience a plus.
