We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead our Consumer Products and Experiences team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving financial planning and analysis processes, and developing strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and external partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 8 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving financial planning and analysis processes
  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning and analysis concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency
