We are seeking a highly skilled PCT (Retread) Controller to join our team at Continental. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in implementing and sustaining processes and procedures in the Controlling area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Plant Manager in ensuring the implementation and sustainability of processes and procedures in the Controlling area, aligned with central guidelines.
- Ensure the consistency, reliability, and transparency of financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Continental's rules and regulations.
- Contribute to the plant's profitability by implementing effective financial strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration, or Accounting.
- Experience in finance, with a strong background in financial analysis and reporting.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Ability to travel to support business needs, with a preference for candidates based in San Luis Potosi.
