About the Role:
- The ideal candidate will collaborate with functional owners to understand business needs and implement applications using industry best practices.
- Project planning, execution, and tracking activities will be carried out, with the candidate acting as a liaison between technical teams and functional owners.
- They will plan and manage medium to large projects, ensuring goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe.
- Determining and designing appropriate application solutions based on business requirements, the candidate will develop detailed design specifications, incorporating input from developers and process owners.
- The candidate will participate in and contribute to all phases of solutions development, including requirements gathering, design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Working with business area managers, they will improve business processes and implementation.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle's JD Edwards ERP solution is mandatory.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required.
- Twelve (12) + years of experience working as a business systems analyst using major ERP or large-scale applications is necessary.
- Strong or good working knowledge in accounting functionalities, including AR, AP, GL, and fixed assets, as well as supply chain, order fulfillment, sales, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse management, is essential.
- Well-versed in configuration change management in a complex ERP environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead team members, fostering learning and knowledge sharing to complete projects, as well as work independently with little or no supervision.
- Experience working with complex global organizations, satisfying diverse user needs, meeting competing priorities, and developing business systems standards and structure.
- Occasional travel may be required.
