Citi is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to deepen relationships and proactively own, respond to, uncover, and anticipate future needs, roadblocks or risks and expectations of clients. This role serves as the client's contact point and is responsible for managing internal departments to address any customer service issues.

The ideal candidate will introduce solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio, working with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs.

This position requires strong analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills are also necessary.

The Senior Business Development Manager will work closely with the Case Manager on the on-boarding and retention of clients, ensuring the appropriate 'Know Your Client' (KYC) and other compliance deliverables are met.

This role identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet, drives innovation in the solutions provided to clients, and supports the Senior Relationship Managers in structuring deals that balance risk and reward.

Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
