As a Financial Institutional Sales/Coverage Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients across the firm, including banks, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and expand our client base in Mexico
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and junior levels of institutional clients, as well as partners, senior PMs, principals, and capital markets professionals
  • Collaborate with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for clients
  • Develop connections with global institutional clients across the firm
  • Conduct client lifecycle management, including client onboarding, KYC, AML, AFC, and other client and risk-related forums
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and themes, and think strategically about the business

**Requirements**

  • Experience in Fixed Income products and local institutional client coverage
  • Deep track record with Institutional client base
  • Strong relevant market knowledge and related technical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
