**Channel Sales Specialist - Centro**:

We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Specialist to join our team at ABB. As a Channel Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales volumes and margins for distributors of NEMA Motors in Mexico Center.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids for Channel partners, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
  • Use your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
  • Monitor Channel Partners, customers, and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Mechanical, electrical, industrial, mechatronic, communications, and electronic engineering, or related.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on electric motors and variable frequency drives.
  • Sound knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Bus, and MS Office.
  • Experience preparing monthly sales reports and developing business plans for distribution channels.
  • Technical knowledge of motors and drives is desirable.
  • Diploma in sales is a plus.
  • A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
