**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Trade Compliance Supervisor III to join our team at Te Connectivity. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant trade regulations and laws.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Update and monitor import and export information for our Border Region sites, ensuring accurate and timely data for the Operations Team.
  • Collaborate with the IT Analyst to ensure Annex 24 is updated, enabling the Operations team to prepare necessary documents for border crossing processes.
  • Manage and process Mexican Tax IDs' certifications through the ADM Mexico Compliance Matrix, working closely with the IT Analyst to ensure updates are reflected in Annex 24 software.
  • Oversee CTPAT and OEA compliance for the Border Region, managing certifications and ensuring Operations teams adhere to compliance standards.
  • Manage Import-Export Procedures, ensuring they align with Mexico and US Customs Laws and TE standards.
  • Conduct self-assessments of the Border Region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage International FTA Compliance for Border Region sites through the GTS FTA software.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance authorization processes, improve metrics, and logging/recordkeeping practices.
  • Harmonize TE authorizations-related operations, ensuring seamless processes.
  • Attend internal and external training conferences, seminars, and participate in trade groups/councils related to import/export compliance and global trade.

**Requirements**

  • 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a strong background in international trade agreements, Customs classifications, and promotion programs.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Experience with audits, including performing and attending SAT audits.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, team player, and communication skills.
