About the Role:
- Dive into dynamic data analysis and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Assist in supplier evaluation and selection to ensure optimal partnerships.
- Excel in production scheduling, materials planning, and supplier coordination while providing valuable support.
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth processes through capacity management, scheduling analysis, and cycle time optimization.
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and projects to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Leverage the JCMS maturity model to drive plant improvement and achieve operational excellence.
About You:
- You have relevant internship experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, or Engineering.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential for success in this role.
